Scope and content
Originally signed letters by Tacoma Public Library's Library Director to the Board of Trustees sent out prior to board meetings. Board Packets include such items as correspondence, unsigned meeting minutes, audience sign-in sheets, financial reports, unfinished business, human resources, circulation stats, library programs, partnerships, community news and other libraries.
Also included are study sessions, trustee trainings, budget meetings, strategic planning meetings, a 2007-08 "Biennial Budget Modification" meeting, a 2007 City of Tacoma "ADA Facility Survey Report", an "Examination of Library Services in Pierce County" by the League of Women Voters of Tacoma-Pierce County, and other supplemental materials.
Subseries 2008 is missing Director's Letter for June.
