A Washington State legislative update kicks off the news segment, followed by a closer look at: The FDA kicking CBD regulation over to the Congress; An Oregon story about an MSO/MCO ripping off small businesses in Oregon; And, a story out of Missouri that highlights some tips for first time cannabis consumers.

Interview:
This week Lukas interviews Chuck Olivier from Digital Balance Services about some things going on with weights and measures in the cannabis industry. They talk about increasing Federal regulatory over site of the cannabis industry, how this will affect cannabis businesses and consumers and the big question everyone wants to know, why a cannabis ounce is 28 grams and not 32 grams.

It's a Bust:
IAB travels to Oklahoma where a man was arrested with 167 pounds of cannabis in his car.
