Sign on wall promotes "Washington State 50th anniversary stamps for 3 cents." The stamp honors Washington and three other states marking their 50th anniversary. The other states are Montana, South Dakota and North Dakota. The stamp is of map design, portraying the four states and indicating the location of their capital cities.
