James M. Ballard, of Seattle, left, and national supreme junior governor, hands the gavel to Robert C. Hauge as he was installed as the new governor of the Tacoma Moose Lodge on April 24, 1951. Mr. Hauge was a graduate of Lincoln High School and Pacific Lutheran College and was a teacher at Vaughn School on the Gig Harbor Peninsula. John H.
