Oral history interview with Tacoma resident Frank Richard Miller, known as Rich, conducted by dindria barrow on October 15, 2022, as part of the Archiving West End Communities event located at the Swasey library branch. In this interview, Rich, shares his story and his uncle’s story, Edward P. Miller. Edward was the primary developer of the area that we now refer to as the West End of Tacoma.
