Amy Jacquelyn Brown poses for the camera after walking down the aisle of Trinity Lutheran Church with C. Phillip Thorleifson Wednesday August 20, 1952. The bride wore a ballerina length ice blue gown with lace over net and crepe and a veil of ice blue tulle attached to a headpiece of orange blossoms. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William G. Brown and the groom was the son of Charles Thorleifson of Seattle. The bride was a graduate of Kapowsin High and PLC, where she was the President of Delta Rho Gamma. The groom was a graduate of Ballard High and PLC, where he belonged to the dramatics honor society Alpha Psi Omega. The couple made their first home in Seattle and both were teachers in Shoreline.
