Rainier Plywood Company was located at 624 East 15th Street in Tacoma's Tideflats area. The company's officers were George F. Baum, President, Alfred J. Johnson, Vice-President, and Raymond D. Torbenson, Secretary-Treasurer. In 1950 they became the third plywood company in Tacoma to become a co-operative plywood venture.
