This house was built at 501 Tacoma Avenue North in 1909; Minnie Dickson was said to have helped design the house, A. J. Russell was the architecture firm used in this project. In 1909 this property was sold to George and Minnie Dickson for $16,000; the highest price ever paid for a residential site in Tacoma.
