Rich, President and Broker, and Edith Pynchon Rich, Secretary- treasurer and was located at 2010 6th Ave. Their slogan was a word play on their last name, " Rich Opportunities for Rich Living." The booth has photographs of homes offered for sale through Richaven and advertises "low down payments."
