(front) Henry Berndt, Claris Johnston, Kenneth "K.P." Hill. (Back) Gene Johnston, Frank Carlisle, Harold "Slim" Thomas from the Horluck Brewing Co., Harriet Cocke, E.F. "Emil" Marek. Frank Carlisle had assumed sole ownership of the business, now re-named Carlisle Distributing Co., after a ten year partnership with his friend William Benton.
