The fleet included motorcycles with side cars, sedans and patrol vans. Tacoma's Chief of Police in 1940 was Einar Langseth, who was first hired as a temporary "Special Officer" in 1917 and had served on the "Dry Squad" during Prohibition. Photograph ordered by the Tacoma Times. (filed with Argentum)
