Interior of City Light office. Bright overhead lights and shining linoleum or tile floors were part of this spacious City Light department. There appear to be no art work or wall decorations, merely a stark "Think" sign on a weight-bearing pillar. The Tacoma Department of Public Utilities, Light Division had completed its administrative building and garage in 1953; both water and light divisions would be headquartered there.
