Construction continues on a new junior high school in Puyallup in February, 1956. Workers from the T Steel Corporation of Seattle were busy putting on a new steel roof. 160 tons of galvanized sheets were needed for the roof decking. The galvanized sheets were provided by Bethlehem Pacific Coast Steel who also supplied 150 tons of structural steel to the fabricator, Star Iron & Steel Co.
