Mrs. Eugene Crutcher of Nashville, Tennessee, arrived in Tacoma in May of 1922 to attend the 26th annual national convention of the P.T.A. and the National Congress of Mothers. Mrs. Crutcher, pictured above with fur stole, was on the group's National Executive Board as vice-president.
