Second "Robin of Sherwood" production. Actors portraying Maid Marian and a dashing royal pose in the outdoor Forest Theatre near Bremerton on June 9, 1928. Each year the Mountaineer Players, a division of the non-profit Mountaineers Club of Seattle, would produce an annual spring show. The first rehearsed play was in 1923 and was the first production of "Robin of Sherwood." Set in a natural amphitheater, plays utilize the forest as walls and the earth as foundation.
