Scope and content
ca. 1958. Copy of customer print. An large, unidentified, Canadian pulp mill has carved out space amidst wooded terrain in an undated photograph. Beside the mill itself, it appears that there are several units separated from the mill by a strand of timber. These units may have been housing for mill employees. An extended dock has been constructed where mill products can be easily loaded for delivery. One building on the dock is labeled "Island Tug". Small islands full of trees dot the landscape. Photograph ordered by the Condon Co., an advertising agency. Date of original picture is unknown, however, print was made on March 25, 1958.
