ca. 1961. Copy of customer's color transparency. School is in session at the Nell Hoyt Primary School located at No. 27th & Union ca. 1961. Modern in appearance with prefabricated dome roofs, the school was designed by Robert Billsbrough Price and built in 1958; it was named in honor of Mrs. Nell Hoyt, Tacoma PTA leader and national pioneer of the preschool movement.
