Scope and content
ca. 1962. Copy of customer print. Artist's drawing of models wearing Day's Slacks with Celanese, a trademarked product, consisting of cellulose acetate fabrics. They may have also included Fortrel polyester and cotton. The slacks seem to be made for leisure wear but are still tailored and well-fitted for any occasion. Day's Tailor-D Clothing manufactured men's clothes and had a large plant at 2901-03 A St. Photograph ordered by G.W. Gardner Agency.
