ca. 1971. Copy of customer print ordered on September 30, 1971. This is believed to be an artist's rendering of an 10-story office building to be built northwest of the Tacoma Mall between 42nd and 43rd St. The office building would be constructed by Business Centers, Inc., and would hold a workforce of 200 employees. Construction would occur during spring of 1972. The Tacoma Mall also would be growing at the same time with a $2,500,000 addition to include 25 more stores.
