Standing next to Mayor Anderson is possibly Robert Edlund, general chairman of the Tacoma-Pierce County Celebral Palsy Assn. A banner "For Your Golden Deed" is draped across a tall Cerebral Palsy display. Local headquarters of the Cerebral Palsy Assn. were at 745 Broadway. Its goal was to reach $25,000 in donations.
