Governor Arthur B. Langlie greets Tacoma Mayor Harry P. Cain during the Governor's Inaugural Ball in Olympia. First Lady Evelyn Langlie and Marjorie Cain look on. Arthur B. Langlie served as governor from 1941-1945 and again 1949-1957. He had been elected mayor of Seattle twice.
