Governor Clarence Martin's Review of troops on Fort Lewis. Large crowd on hillsides observing parade of military vehicles and personnel in an open field. A dirigible from the 3rd Balloon Co. is flying overhead. Army officials made sure there was plenty of parking for the thousands of spectators who wanted to see the impressive display of American military power.
