View of two-story cement block building with parking lot; it appeared that there were living quarters on the second floor. Paul F. Pender apparently combined two businesses in one location; Pender Hardware and University Place Electric. Paint could be purchased here at wholesale, window glass cut to size, and rug shampoo equipment rented. University Realty was its next-door neighbor.
