Okano-Komoko wedding. The Okano-Komoko wedding was held at the Tacoma Hongwanji Buddhist Church on June 9, 1958. The newlyweds are standing below the ornate wooden altar decorated with candles and lilies. The bride is wearing a sleeveless calf-length dress, small hat with veil, and carrying an orchid bouquet.
