Inez (Mrs. C.G.) Jennings, standing, exhibited some of her rare pieces of old lustre ware to fellow antique fancier Pearl (Mrs. Hereford) Fitch at the Jennings home in October of 1942. Both women were members of the National American Glass Club, Unit 1, and were preparing for an antique show that the organization was sponsoring Nov. 4-6 at Wells Hall at the Christ Episcopal Church. Mrs. Fitch was an authority on antique furniture. (T. Times 10/17/1942, pg. 5)
