Marv Tommervik (R), president of the Tacoma Athletic Commission, is pleased to hand over to coach Bill Morris (3rd from R), the T.A.C. Tournament of Champions basketball trophy which was awarded to 1963 winner, Seattle Federal Old Line, on January 16, 1964. From L-R are: tournament co-chair Doug McArthur, PLU athletic director Mark Salzman, UPS athletic director John Heinrick, Seattle Federal Old Line coach Morris, co-chair Tom Cross and president Marv Tommervik. The two private universities received checks from the TAC for their participation in the tournament. Other funds were dispersed to boys basketball programs in Tacoma and Pierce County.
