A small group of senior citizens listens attentively to Mrs. Faith Bellomy, director of the foster grandparent program at Rainier School in Buckley, on December 5, 1967. These 14 received instruction on the six month-old program. There were 62 members in the foster grandparent program; each was assigned two charges on the basis of greatest need.
