Ronald McDonald at Mary Bridge. Patients at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital had a special treat on December 17, 1970, as mop-top Ronald McDonald and "Fairy Godmother" Judy Warren paid a visit. Here the duo pose with hospital personnel and a little pig-tailed patient who is adorned with a McDonald's bib. The little girl is strapped into a red wagon as the hospital chose to use this child-friendly mode of transportation rather than typical wheelchairs.
