Among new construction plans announced by the company was a $450,000 garage and equipment storage facility to be built in the area around East 26th & "L" St. Once completed, there would be room for 71 vehicles. In the ca. 1972 view above, the grounds about the building have been landscaped with fresh beauty bark and new shrubs and trees planted. Nearly matching black & white view is D160893, image 25.
