Well-known boxing coach Joe Clough (seated) poses with Tacoma Athletic Commission member Scotty Weinstone in early January of 1979. The T.A.C. would once again be hosting the annual Golden Gloves amateur boxing tournament the following month. Mr. Clough had been associated for many years with the Tacoma Boys Club where he coached Olympic gold medalist Sugar Ray Seales. He was now coaching the Olympic Boxing Academy of Bremerton.
