Precision Builders homes met the specifications of the Federal Housing Administration. The foundations were made out of plywood, they had wood framed panel units and the exteriors were Douglas Fir Plyscord. They offered three bedroom houses with or without basements and garages. Interior view of Precision Builders plant, units are being built on jigs to insure squareness and accuracy, photo ordered by Llewellyn Advertising Agency (T.N.T., 6/15/47, p.3).
