Don P. Tyler and George Nischan, meat specialists from the National Livestock and Meat Board conducted a program for retail meat dealers in Tacoma at the Elks Temple. The Meat Packers of the Northwest sponsored the program with Karl J. Maxwell of Carstens Packing Company as chair. A group of 35 people gather in front of the stage.
