Mack Truck #9 semi, involved in accident of Tacoma-Olympia highway, Jack Evans, adjuster. A shot of the front and passenger side of the cab. Painted on the cab door is, "Maxell Petroleum Company, Tacoma - BR.3188". Chrome on the grill of the hood reflects the headlamps and a large hood ornament sits atop the grill. The split-windshield is made of two panes of flat glass. Rear-view mirrors stick out on both sides of the cab, a large horn is attached to the top and a flag is hung at the back corner of the cab. A Union Oil storage tank is in the background.
