A.K. Benson, auctioneer, lost his bet on the results of the presidential election and he is now wheeling the winner of the bet, Lester Hess, a building trader, along K Street in a wheelbarrow from South 15th to South 9th Street. They are joined by Tom Johnson, a Benson employee, who is wearing President Truman's campaign picture on a sandwich sign. Truman defeated his Republican opponent Thomas E.
