Tacoma's English Speaking Union held a "Twelfth Night" Celebration at the Bonneville Hotel in 1949. This event is held on the 12th night after Christmas and includes English traditions such as the Wassail Bowl, flaming "snapdragons", the burning of the Christmas greens, and electing a King and Queen for the festivities.
