Henry F. Marcum is the officer in charge of the Tacoma Branch of the Veterans Administration. Mr. Marcum is himself a disabled veteran. He lost his right arm and two fingers on his left hand as a result of a shell blast near Saint Lo, France, shortly after D-Day at Normandy. The Veterans Administration office was busy.
