Nancy Jane Bare prepares for a solo contemporary dance recital at Annie Wright Seminary's Keator Hall. A popular local talent in her own right, Bare was also the dance instructor at Annie Wright. Alice Weiss, well known Tacoma pianist, was to accompany Miss Bare's performance. The event was sponsored by the Annie Wright Seminary Mother's Club. View of Nancy Jane Bare gracefully expressing three qualities of the American Pioneer in "A Heritage" (TNT, 5/15/49, p. D-11). TPL-9814
