The Roy T. Earley Company was transporting the usable building materials from the Fidelity Building to a warehouse on Puyallup Avenue in September of 1949. These materials would later be sold, including the elevators. View of one unidentified man, wearing a hardhat, high above the street. He was part of the Roy T. Earley Company crew working on the demolition of the Fidelity Building. The F.W. Woolworth Co. building would rise in its place. (T.N.T., 9/18/49, p. A-6).
