The L.L. Thompson family posed for a family portrait at home on December 7, 1949. Hanging on the wall behind them is a large portrait of L.F. Thompson, grandfather of Mr. Thompson. L.F. Thompson was a hop grower and member of the Washington Territorial Legislature and later a Senator in the Washington Senate. Mr. L.L. Thompson also played a major role in Washington government. He was the state's Attorney General from 1919-1923 while only in his very early 30s and the first Washington native to serve in that capacity. From left to right are: L.L. Thompson, Gen Thompson, Rhea Thompson and Claire Thompson Raaum. The Thompsons resided at 4108 North 39th St. (Additional information and identification provided by a reader)
