Scope and content
An inventive gardener thought of another way to use plywood in May of 1950. Circles have been cut from many sheets of plywood at regular intervals and strawberry plants have been planted in the open circles. The plywood would serve to discourage weeds and possibly warm the soil. Ordered by the Douglas Fir Plywood Association.
