On June 21, 1950, Don Falk, Veda Jo Vargo, Jerry Heltsley and Luetta Voigt (L-R) performed a play with puppets with Catherine McDonald, one of the the camp counselors, in the valuable role of audience. This was one of the many activities for children attending the Metropolitan Park and Tacoma School District summer program. The program was sponsored in co-operation with the Recreation Commission.
