A Chevrolet truck, belonging to the American News Company, stands with its rear doors open for delivery at the company's new offices at 2124 Martin Luther King Jr. Way (formerly South "K" Street). The building, in October, 1950, was nearly complete; a large sign identifying the company waits to be placed for display. American News was a wholesale news dealer of magazines.
