Two workmen are inspecting a control box with the name Fairbanks-Morse Pomona Pumps on it. Hoses connect to various valves in the control box. A new type of drilling, known as the reverse circulation drilling method, was used to drill the new well for Lakewood. The pumps would deliver water at a rate of 3,800 gallons per minute.
