A group of the people attending the 1951 Governor's Ball that was held at the Armory in Olympia. During the receiving hour, preceding the dance, the huge crowd of thousands who attended the ball was lined in a queue encircling the room with many groups of guests waiting their turn to enter the line and be received by Gov. and Mrs. Arthur B.
