Progress photographs of new sewage disposal plant. Plans called for two circular digesters, a primary and secondary digester separated by a digestion control building. Raw sludge was directed to the primary digester from the chlorine equipment and pump station building. Digested sludge was moved to a filtration building where it was transformed into fertilizer.
