Scope and content
The "Tacoma-World Port" booth at the Japanese Trade Fair in the University of Washington's pavilions was one of the most popular booths according to returning visitors. The booth was supported by the Chamber of Commerce, the Port of Tacoma and Baker Dock. Four large murals presented scenes of Tacoma and included an automatic slide machine which showed 48 views of the city with emphasis on the industrial and waterftont areas.
