Scope and content
Lockwood-Boyle wedding. Carol-Lu Wesson Lockwood and Donald James Boyle were joined in holy matrimony in a morning ceremony at St. John of the Woods Church on November 17, 1951. This was a very large wedding with ten attendants in addition to two flower girls and two ring-bearers. The bride wore her mother's cream colored satin wedding gown. Her veil was bordered with Chantilly lace and fastened onto a pearl and silver beaded tiara. The bride and groom honeymooned in California and Mexico. (TNT 12-15-51, p. 5)
