Lincoln High School's three majorettes were photographed in November of 1952 several days before they performed at the big Thanksgiving Day football game pitting Lincoln against Stadium H.S. Wearing their short dark satin uniforms with white boots and hats with plumes are: (l to r) Dolores Bolvin, Sharon Wilbur (head majorette) and Pamela Bogut. The 30th annual "Turkey Day" game was played in the Lincoln Bowl before a crowd of 8,296 fans. Lincoln won, taking both the city championship and second place in the Cross-State League.
