Civic leader Harry P. Cain with famous handwriting analyst Andrienne at the office of the Golden Jubilee Festival committee in April, 1939. Andrienne had some very kind words to say about Mr. Cain's character based on his handwriting. For a dime and a self-addressed envelope, she would analyze interested readers' writing on a Tacoma Times newspaper coupon. Mr. Cain was the general chairman of the Golden Jubilee festival which celebrated Washington's fifty years of statehood. The following year he would be elected mayor of Tacoma.
