A bevy of beautiful ice skaters in top hat and tails pose at the Lakewood Ice Arena. They will be taking part in the "Ice Capers of 1955" presented by the members of the Lakewood Winter Club in 8 performances 6/7-11 & 6/15-19. Over 175 pairs of flying skates would swoop over the ice during the show. The first half featured juvenile performers. The second half revolved around the theme "Roaring Twenties." These beauties are most probably the "Caperettes" that skated in the Blues and Charleston numbers. (TNT 6/5/1955, pg. D-6)
